CWAN: The Company has obtained all required regulatory approvals, except the Australia Foreign Investment Review Board (“FIRB”) approval. An FIRB application was submitted in the second quarter of 2026. Subject to the approval by the Australian Treasurer pursuant to the FIRB approval process and the satisfaction or waiver of other customary closing conditions, the Merger is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026.
