VERY interesting event sit from the past. Long story short, Hunt bot the voting stock from founder, paid a huge premium for control ($35+/share vs $10ish at the time), some expected a squeeze-out and it never came. Months go by quietly, now Hunt is back filing a 13d “requesting that the Board form a special committee … so that the company may be prepared to discuss and evaluate new potential opportunities for Kelly involving Hunt and its affiliates if and when presented, without delay.”
